COUNSELING SERVICES

SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL COUNSELING

To foster the holistic development of students at WIS, a comprehensive social-emotional counseling service is available for Kindergarten and above. This service includes routine, individual, and group counseling sessions.

In addition to the mentioned services, students, parents, teachers, and staff can submit referrals using the WIS Counselor Request Form.


COLLEGE & CAREER COUNSELING

To enhance college and career readiness, WIS provides weekly counseling classes for students in Grades 9 and above. These sessions offer guidance on academic pathways, career exploration, and the college application process.

Additionally, university admissions officers and professionals from various fields are invited as guest speakers to help students explore diverse opportunities.


SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING

We provide weekly Social-Emotional Learning classes for Kindergarten and above. Based on the CASEL framework, the SEL curriculum focuses on five broad and interrelated areas of competence:

  • Self-awareness
  • Self-management
  • Social awareness
  • Relationship skills
  • Responsible decision-making
